Reiki is Hands on Healing using channelled spiritual energy from the Universe  through oneself to assist self and others.

Reiki, pronounced “ray-key”  (in english), is an ancient natural healing method, rediscovered in the nineteenth century, allowing life force energy to be absorbed into the body to promote self-healing, balance and relaxation. The word is Japanese and translates as Universal Life Force.

It was channelled through in more recent times by a japanese teacher, healer Dr Usui.

Healing is activated by the person receiving the energy through their intent of helping others.

Reiki is becoming aware of the energies and how they can help you change your outlook and understanding of the outcome of situations.

Reiki is not a religion or cult, it is an awakening to the energy of the universe which has been and always will be around us as energy is in all things.

Reiki accelerates the body’s ability to heal physical and mental ailments and assists in correction of imbalances of mind and spirit, which lead to disease (dis-ease). It opens individuals to the pleasure of taking responsibility for their own lives and to receive the joy of relaxed and balanced wellness when this is done.

I teach/attune 3 levels of Reiki that includes written Information, Meditation ,Healing practice and your Attunement to the increased energies, opening your being to healing and understanding on an intuitive level.

LEVEL1: is for yourself- assisting you in opening and acknowledging the energies and the intuitive guidance allowing you to sense the changes within yourself.                            

Level 2 Practitioner Level: is the next step for self and to assist others- you also learn to amplify  the healing process with symbols and in feelling comfortable with sending Healing to others who maybe unable to have direct Hands on Healing, due to distance. You  are also qualified as a Practitioner, if you wish to work on a semi professional level.                                                                                                                                 

Level 3 or Master Teacher /Healer: This step is furthering your understanding of energies and healing for your continued journey in life and to amplify the healing when working with others. You will also receive some further  tools to assist you in teaching others, if you are drawn to this area. Reiki Masters is assisting you to 'master' yourself, which is a life time journey and by teaching others you also work through various areas of self in profound and exciting ways. I now teach Level 3  over a 3 day period physical contact time frame that suits by our requirements, allowing the necessary time for you to integrate and practice the information given.  I am available for assistance  at any time during the integration time as for some the journey could be over weeks, while for others it could be over a period of months. Each individual has different requirements which will be taken into consideration.

We can work Reiki - Seichim- Sekhem as a combined program incorporating any or all levels, whether you have done a level of Reiki or not or as a separate program according to your needs. The time frame to be decided at time of  request.                                                      

Seichem /Skhm (pronounced “say-kem” or by some as “say-shem”- english) is also a natural healing method that also has it’s roots in ancient times. It is an Egyptian word which can be translated as Power of Powers, Natural or Vital Force, Spiritual Power or Psychic Force.  The Egyptians and also the Mayans connected with this energy and it is believed to have been used in  similar forms in Atlantis and even Lemuria.

It was rediscovered in the twentieth century and has become an extension or enhancement of traditional Reiki and other energetic healing modalities. Seichem is a beautiful energy that can be used to heal and stimulate personal development. It can take you to new levels of awareness and understanding.

People feel the energy in different ways – often feelings of warmth, tingling or pulsing will be experienced. Some people feel little physically but see colours or feel emotional changes such as a sense of peace or relaxation. The healer transfers energy by placing their hands either directly on the body (through clothing)  or just above in the energy/ auric fields surrounding the physical body.

An Seichim/ Skhm energy session may be given in person or through distance healing.  The practitioner is a conduit of the 'S/S' energy matrix, receiving and transferring it through to the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual levels. The practitioner often uses one or more of the sacred symbols, which allows the energy to come forward in a focused manner and open access to the high vibratory frequencies of love , which is the key to all personal healing.

The practitioner works in partnership with the recipient's conscious intent, higher self, guides and the universal Source of ALL LOVE. The amount of energy received and integrated by the individual will be exactly that which will best serve his or her highest good at that particular moment in time.

I teach 2 Levels of Seichim/Skhm which includes all written material, meditation attunements, awakening within you the various levels of energies required to assist you.

Level 1 Practitioner: is attuning to the energies and learning further symbols and methods to connect with the energy through the divine heart from self to another. You also have the opportunity to practice and connect in a healing situation with the energy to discover from both aspects of receiver and giver the difference in the Power of Skhm-Seichim                                                                                                                  

Level 2/ Master Teacher Healer: involves being attuned again with the energies, more symbols and setups, plus learning how to attune others and guiding them on their path                                                                                                                                  

Both programs generally facilitated over a 2 day period  which can vary according to the needs of the client/s etc.
