Monthly Crystal Bowl Meditations are back in 2012 from the 4th Monday of each month commencing Feb 27th 7-9pm

Each connection with the Singing Bowls brings about changes on all levels of oneself which continues within one for as long as it is required. Everyone connects with the various vibrations in their own way and always varies with each occassion.

Come along and lift your energy, with the vibration and feel refreshed and at one with yourself.

For your comfort I ask you bring your own blanket & / or mat & pillow, chairs are available.
