Allow yourselves to relax totally, to move your consciousness deep within your Heart, to allow your minds to STILL, and merge with the Love and the Light in your Heart.

Greetings Beloveds. I am the Germain - The I am that I am.

Your world is going through tumultuous times, but this should come as no surprise to all of you, for you have been awakened to these changes for quite some time. There should be no surprises to you, other than the content of the changes as they emerge, for you are prepared for the energies of change.

It is the energies of change that you need to focus upon - not on the outcomes of those energies as they swirl around your Planet, for these are many and varied - some you see - some you do not.

Changes are taking place at every level of life, deep within the Earth itself, deep within the Hearts of all those upon your Earth and within your Earth.

You are becoming increasingly aware that you are not alone upon this Earth as an intelligent consciousness. Many other Beings of Light that have taken other forms are now beginning to speak to you, to converse with you. Your role is simply to open, and allow these communications to resonate deep within your Hearts.

You do not need to understand language - you simply need to embrace energies – energies of Light - and to allow those energies to uplift you.

When you find that energies are around you that do not uplift you – let those energies go their own way. Do not create judgments around these energies, simply because they do not resonate with your Heart. They may well resonate with someone else’s Heart.

For each of you has a unique and individual resonance. Sometimes that is compatible with others, sometimes it is not. This is not judgemental – it is simply factual.

All energy upon your Earth and within your Earth has purpose. It has relevance to some aspect of the Light that continues to emerge and strengthen within and around the Earth.

The energy in the form of sound is often misunderstood. Harmony and disharmony are words of judgment. Sound resonates – again, what resonates with one may not resonate with another. It is the same sound, so it is not harmonic and harmonious or disharmonious – it simply IS, until it connects with you. Then it becomes a choice – do you accept this energy as an upliftment in your life? Or do you allow this energy to go its way because it has no upliftment to you?

These are always the choices you are faced with in every moment of every day of your lives.

Focus totally at this time on feelings of upliftment within yourself. For this time of change is about uplifting the Earth and all upon the Earth.

Do not hold on to energies that do not uplift you.

Do not hold on to circumstances in your lives that do not uplift you.

As you move quickly towards the transformation of your Being, and the transformation of the Earth, you cannot hold on to energies that do not uplift you. For energies that do not uplift you are anchors, and you need, at this time, to flow freely with the energies of change.

Focus now, deep within your Hearts. Let go of all those energies that are not uplifting, that you have been holding on to from your past.

Feel the Love Energy resonate deep within your Heart, creating a pool of Serenity, and allow yourself to flow with this Energy of Serenity. Allow it to create within your lives the upliftment that is necessary for this next stage of your journey.

Take time to meditate. Take time to relax, for the times ahead are turbulent indeed.

Much on your Planet needs to change.

Be the observer.

Do not take on board energies that are less than the Light that you are.

Focus on the Sound of Love within your Being.

Greetings ! I am Metatron, Lord of Light, and I embrace you with love, unconditional love.

Masters, we welcome into our midst the beloved Alton Kamadon, as the energy of Enoch. We encircle each and every one of you with a nurturing energy and with the field of self empowerment, for each of you are truly Masters on your path of Ascension. It is our purpose to offer you inspiration and clarity, but indeed it is once and always requisite that YOU, as a sacred and sovereign BEING, discern this and any such 'channeled' messages.

Cosmology of the Multiverse & The Cosmic Genesis

And so Dear Ones, we begin an assay on the Cosmic Pulse and the Cosmology of the Universe, a truly fascinating topic. Indeed a subject that has intrigued mankind since the beginnings on Earth.

Before we really begin this message, we tell you that mankind views the Universe from the tunnel-vision of his unique point in time, and that narrows humanities ability to perceive the full spectrum of the greater Universal reality.

We tell you that the greatest error in your current scientific studies of Universal formation Cosmology is that it omits the Divine. Divine-Thought is Prime Creator, it is First-Cause. But subsequent to this axiom, there is a scientific process to the unfurling genesis, it is Second-Cause but it is intricately laced with the sacred. When acceptance of the sacred first principle is combined with accurate science, many doors will be opened to you, and you are on the threshold of such an integral union.

Now, we have already shared with you that there are many Earths, many inner realities and dimensions within the multiplex Omniverse. That you think of as the 'Angelic Realm' interfaces with you in what is termed anti-matter. It is far more than anti-matter in the sense of reverse charged ions like those being engineered in particle accelerators, but rather the full panorama of the manifold inverse phase of matter. It is physical reality turned inside out, and each phase has myriad components and layers within and without.

We have told you that your linear-time based perception of reality truly takes place in a nonlinear strobe sequence of 'consciousness units' that are regulated between the shift of matter to anti-matter within multi-dimensionality. That in this process the inward shift occurs through macro and micro 'black holes' and the outward through macro and micro 'white holes'. This in-out / push-pull occurs in a cosmic flash that is the true magno-rhythm of your reality in duality.

The dimension you call Time is not a one way street. It not only moves forward and backward, it moves in and out in hologramic programs of your dimensional realities in the eternal NOW of simultaneous time.

As such we tell you again that your perception of the Cosmic Universe is relative to the distinct point in time in which you observe it. You see there are many Universes in the Multiverse, and all were formed by First Cause. But we tell you this TRUTH, understanding the sacred scientific nature of one unlocks the door to the others. You are on the cusp of doing this, and there is both a sacred and scientific advantage to this. It is more important in unlocking frequencial doors into your true origin and nature than you realize.

As such the information we are about to pass to you has clues to the science behind Cosmology and its sacred applications that lead to the quantum leap in consciousness that is part and parcel of the ongoing Ascension of your planet and mankind

Cosmology of the Present Universe

With those caveats, we tell you that the so called Big Bang never took place as your Newtonian physicists believe. Indeed many scientists and researchers are seeing challenges that reveal this truth.

Your current main-stream theory of Universal (Second-Cause) Evolution is based, generally speaking, on the work of Newton and Einstein. Newton's concept of 'universal gravitation' provided a theoretical underpinning for the Copernican revolution, in which the Earth was no longer the center of the universe, but revolved around the Sun. Newton discerned an 'attractive' gravity based force between all physical objects, a force directly proportional to the mass of the objects and operating everywhere in the universe. But his theory evolved into the assumption that gravity permeated space, and that this space was electrically neutral.

A grouping of your forward-thinking scientist are now studying Plasma Physics and the theories they are putting together in the concept of an electrical force in the Cosmos, an 'Electrical Universe' is getting closer to the verity, but some of the pieces to the puzzle are still missing. Some of these new theorists conclude that black holes and dark matter do not exist, and that electricity is responsible for the energy that formed planets and stars. On the former it's a strike and miss, and the latter - it's a hit, an important one.

In fact black holes do indeed exist, but they are twinned with white holes and their function and true nature are not yet grasped. We tell you black holes are not the carnivorous all consuming monster you think. But it is not the black holes or any theorized 'dark matter' that coheres, gravitates and powers the Cosmos. It is rather something of a coherent cosmic electrical force, and it is geometric. It is Metatronic. It is in fact a form of refined electrical energy with induced crystalline attributes, and it is coded with the Divine. It is a function of the Crystalline-Electro Cosmic Grid.

Intra-Dimensional Crystalline-Electrics

Your current advancements in higher resolution instruments have allowed your scientist to observe images and evidence of the omnipresent filamentation and cellular structures of cosmic- plasma. And this is a great nudge of an exciting and important new understanding. It is leading to a requisite discovery that what you term the void in space is neither truly void nor electrically neutral. It points to cosmic electricity. Neutral plasma will not organize itself into cells and filaments. The extra terrestrial Cosmos is not electrically neutral, and the seeming paradox is that it is charged within a crystalline structure.

Your advanced telescopes are now providing images that reveal strands of electrical currents feeding the core of your spiral galaxy, the Milky Way. No Newtonian gravitational theorist or their model of orbital mechanics allow for structures or circuitry of this sort. In electrical terms the filaments are the cosmic power transmission lines feeding the plasmodia at the center of the galaxy. But they are much more than that.

Your spiraled Galaxy contains a larger sphere of positive charges superimposed upon a smaller inner-sphere containing negative charges. The Galactic Centre down to your sun and the planets are electrically charged, and the great central sun itself is the focus of a great Cosmic Crysto-Electric discharge, and is the source of all radiant energy. All astronomical bodies are inherently charged objects immersed in a universe that is a crystalline-electromagnetic fabric.

These dynamic charges appear locally on all cosmic bodies, arising from the plasmic separation of positive and negative ions on a galactic scale. In fact these electromagnetic forces played a crucial role in sculpting the surfaces and shaping the orbits of the bodies of your solar system. Crysto- electric discharge created the form, and is the second-cause of your Universal evolution. It was not the Big Bang as you perceive it.

We add that there are some remarkable Arcturians incarnate on your planet now. These brilliant men were once scientist-priest in the Atla-Ra of Atlantis at the time of Tyberonn the Pleiadean. They are on the verge of these discoveries. For it is knowledge well known in the Atlantean era.

The Cosmic Pulse

And so we speak of the Cosmic Pulse. It is an omnipotent source and force of energy that is Intra-dimensional and in your current technology, immeasurable. The energy of the Cosmic Pulse occurs in two formats, one as a conduit of current, and the other as a lattice work, a living sentient grid.

The Cosmos contains within it what may be termed a Crysto-Electrical circuitry within the active plasma of the galaxies and intra-space. This circuitry feeds the core of your galaxy. This 'active' plasma is in many forms, both hot and cold, and it is coherent and conscious. This plasma is not fixed in one dimension or in only one Universe. You see this plasma operates in a spectrum, not unlike light. It fluctuates and fades in an out of both dimensional realities and into other Universes. It is in fact the glue that binds them together.

Cosmic Trigger Phasing

This intra-dimensional plasma produces a braided helixed current that is crystalline. But how can a crystalline substance have polarity aspects, ionic charges? Because it is produced by the Crystalline structure of the geometric Cosmic Lattice, the Galactic Grid. It becomes coherent, through the 'pinch' of its attraction and compression. Just as certain piezoelectric crystals on your planet release electrical charge when mechanical pressure is applied, this plasma is released through something akin to what is termed the 'z-pinch' effect of compression exerted on the piezo crystalline matrix of the Cosmic Grid.

As you approach the Ascension, this crysto-electrical current is poised to play a major role in the Crystalline Frequencial Up shift of your Earth, and indeed humanity. It is part of the crystalline portion of the Cosmic Trigger. We tell you this current is being coded with an inverse spiral that is requisite not only to the planet but to the quintessential up shift to Mer-Ka-Na . It is imperative to the Metatronic Keys.

Spiraled Galaxies & The Cosmic Pulse

Dear Ones, just as your earth is a living sentience , so your Galaxies within the Multiverse each have a conscious sentience. But it is a far more advanced, an exponentially higher refined sentience .

Your Galaxy, the Milky Way is a spinning Spiraled Galaxy. That is a purposed Metatronic format. It is why your Earth, as well as the Arcturius & the Orion nebula is within this specific geometric Galaxial Matrix. The Cosmic Pulse within Spiraled Galaxies forms the creation pattern that you term the golden spiral. This unique form of spiral is more conducive to both physical form as well as the duality component of your earth.

The Cosmic Pulse emanates from the Galactic Cosmic Grid. The Galactic Grid in your spiraled Milky Way is the 'formatted creation server' that allows all that is within its sphere of influence to dynamically and creatively expand just as your evolving planetary grids do on your Earth.

Your 144-Crystalline Grid is energized via the spiraled Cosmic Pulse of your Galactic Grid. And on the March Equinoxes of 2009, 2010, and 2011 the 144 Grid was further formatted to allow a greater portion of the Cosmic Pulse into the Earth through a focalized expansion in its geometric format. This are indeed the purposes of that termed the Cosmic Trigger. The crystalline electricity that has been allowed to flow through was received into the core of the planet and an inverse spiral is now emanated outward and made available to the Mer-Ka-Na expansion of the human auric form.

The final completion of the Cosmic Trigger is on the Equinox of March 2012. And we tell you in a true sense, that all of the final adjustments for that termed the Ascension occur on and by the 12-12-12.

Indeed the remaining solstices, equinoxes, eclipses and 'Triple Date Portals (11-11-11 and 12-12-12) are the final mega-tunings of the '12th Wave of the Ascension' and the 12th Wave completes on December 12, 2012. The 12-12-12.

Between 12-12-12 and 12-21-12 ( Dec 21, 2012 Solstice) a rebooting occurs that finalizes on December 21,2012. At that time the Crystal Shift termed the Ascension is in place. It represents an expanded dimensional access within crystalline angelic energy, available to the Earthplane and available to humanity.

So we tell you that what happens on December 21, 2012 is the expansion of the Earth , the graduation of the planet. It is a new Earth available to humanity. But know that the mass graduation of humanity into 'Ascended Crystalline Mer-Ka-Na format will not occur for some 15 generations. It will occur because of the new format, and it will occur, one heart at a time.

The Crystalline Shift

Human Beings have an auric energy, in your terms, that is converting from bio electromagnetic to bio crystalline. This 'Auric' field receives energy patterns and codes constantly through induction. The higher geometry of this field is now the the Mer-Ka-Na. The prior system of the Mer-Ka-Bah was indeed electro-magnetic but is being up shifted from magnetic to crystalline. It will do so by evolving into a magnificent format called the Mer-Ka-Na. The Mer-Ka-Na is Metatronic and will allow vastly greater attributes to the focused seeker. It will enable the Divine Human to carry the higher frequencies coming into your planet through the 144-Crystalline Grid via the Cosmic Pulse.

In this process it will up shift your DNA into a more complex crystalline form. You see DNA is now shifting from magnetic into crystalline in kind. Dear Ones, ALL is shifting into the Crystalline Field and is doing so via the 144-Crystalline Grid.

Alton Kamadon - Crystallization of the Divinity Glands

And so we bring in the energy of Alton Kamadon who is now as the Enochian energy of the Metatronic field.

"Dear Friends, we first brought forth the crystalline visualization of the pineal, pituitary and thymus glands several years before my transition in the advanced levels of the 'Melchizedek Method'. This was to prepare for what is beginning to occur now in the Crystalline Age. We are working closely with the channel James Tyberonn in the teaching of this process, and it is available to all of you as Metatronic Keys. There is a new crystalline structure and code to activate the transformation of the three divinity glands required to move into the higher geometric Mer-Ka-Na.

This action will play a primary role in facilitating the DNA transformation to crystalline energy. We have provided this information and it has been and will be further released to you in our sequential channels. Among the 'quantum' attributes will be a much greater immunity for the body physical, and an expanded consciousness of your multidimensionality.

Humanity is converting to silicon base physicality (from carbon-based) and this will slowly but surely occur in the next 12-15 generations as measured on the Earth-Plane.

This is encompassed in and generated from the shift from the magnetic to the crystalline in your 144 Ascension grid. It is indeed the Crystalline Grid that has dictated the new Mer-Ka-Na in its up shifting of Mer-Ka-Bah to Mer-Ka-Nic Crystalline Light-Body. And remember at the base of the Mer-Ka-Na is the 13-20-33 circuitry of the optimal Human to Divinity Auric Field.

Tyberonn of the Pleiades is an interface to the Metatronic Field in the same manner that I as energy of the Enochian Field operate in assistance in sending this energy. We are all in plurality consciousness. In that Manner & field Tyberonn is also combined in the Enochian and I in the Pleiadean Energy of Tyberonn the Earth-Keeper.

The activation of the Crystalline Grid began with the Triple Date frequency portals, each, from 1-1-1 to 12-12-12, firing one twelve of the Crystalline Grid into activation.

In planetary terms the changes that are occurring activate the crystalline emissions that will form the crystalline aspect of the evolving planetary elliptical Firmament. This has been shared in great detail in previous Tyberonnian communication.

In the sense that Kryon is the 'Magnetic Master' so is Tyberonn of the Pleiades the 'Crystalline Master'. We speak of Tyberonn-The Pleiadean Ascended Master, the root source of the channel James Tyberonn, the interface with the Metatronic of Lord Metatron. I too as Alton and Enoch in the greater field of plurality am of the Metatronic Energy, and that is our interface.

And we tell you that in 2009 in that event termed the first Cosmic Trigger, the Crystalline Grid shifted into dominance over the magnetic grid. In so doing the Mer-Ka-Na up shift became available in tri staging. The full level of Mer-Ka-Na is now offered.

Mechanics of the Cosmic Pulse

Now, the up-shifting of the Earth involves, as we have shared, a greater allowance of the crystalline electrical current into your planet through the lens of your 144 Crystalline Grid. But the cosmic pulse that occurs in your physical universe is not new. It was as we have mentioned, well known to the Atlanteans. It was in fact utilized. The filaments of the Cosmic Electro-dynamic current integrate all matter. As such the suns, stars and planets are all to an extent driven and powered by this current. Accordingly every stellar and planetary body in space carries an electrical resonate charge, including your earth. This energy is received through the magnetosphere of your earth and is drawn into the earth's crystalline core. It emits a blue-wave radiation that provides higher spectrum light to your inner earth civilizations.

Galaxial Ley System

The conduits of this charge are network throughout the Galaxy, and can be compared to the Ley system of the earth, and the nervous system of the human body. Electrics, magnetics, gravity, crystallization and light are tantamount factors in the Cosmic Grid (and indeed your developing planetary grid). They are the primary tools of your planetary frequencial Ascension. They are as yet enigmas to you. They are not understood. Their combinations are the engines of the Universe and their ratios are the music of the spheres.

Your planetary grids and magnetospheres act as double layered surge protectors, but occasionally this charge overloads. There is evidence of this, unrecognized, in your solar system, and indeed on the Earth.

Each planet has a specific parameter of electrical charge it carries. When this charge is overloaded in a surge, a form of internal electricity will burst out in potent arcs that create implosion effects both on the physical planet and its intra-dimensional aspect.. This has occurred on your earth after the breakup of the initial Firmament. This is in fact what formed the Grand Canyon !

Indeed over-surge implosion of arc-lightening not only formed the Grand Canyon, but also Meteor Crater in Arizona, and the Tungstoy Crater in Siberia. Neither of the latter two have revealed iron-nickel meteorite fragments within their craters. Evidence of this is also on the moon and all of your planets. Jupiter's Fourth Moon and the Valle Marinera Canyon on Mars are other enigmatic examples of Arc Implosions. Indeed these are understood and recognized by some of your maverick scientist.

The Reverse Spin of Implosion Fields

Now, to relate this to your earth, we will tell you that the arc lightening emitted from within the earth that created the implosion scars of the Grand Canyon, Meteor Crater and Tungstoy, have created a unique energy field. All reverse spin of intra-dimensional light occurs here, and as such a unique balance-counter balance occurs that spins light in helical and anti-helical spins. Gemstones and minerals found within these areas have unique properties as a result that can be very balancing and beneficial in auric expansion. One of the interesting effects within these areas is the presence of a very beneficial energy resulting from a unique anti-gravitational field that occurred from the Electro-Arc implosion.

This field has periods of intra-dimensional openings that enable time-program anomalies at specific astronomical gravity phases. This benevolent energy is very unique on your planet , and allows multidimensional awareness and experiences of bi-location more easily in certain vectors within it. Aspects of your government are indeed aware of some of these anomalies within the Grand Canyon.

There are other lesser impact areas where this has occurred on the planet, and one of these is the Andara region of California, the Grimes Point area of Nevada and the mid south central section of the Ural Mountains.

Mercury in Retrograde Aug 2011

Dearest Friends,

You have always heard me say how much I love Mercury retrograde. I personally enjoy watching which of my friends I haven't heard from in a long time, re-emerge and remembering projects I may have left aside and forgotten about. When the planet of communication appears to go backwards in the sky, there is invariably an element of unpredictability and adventure.

But since August 3rd and until August 26th when it will go direct again at 18º Leo, if you feel that your world has fallen into the worst chaos, you are not alone! The reason why I am so late in getting you this, is because every time I started writing about it, I was stopped by my computer crashing in all sorts of different and strange ways! In the past couple of weeks, I have spent more time at my local Apple Store and the Auto body shop (that's another story!), than I have at home, working! :-(

Basically, all the structures of our lives are being destroyed so that we may reconstruct ourselves in a way that is much truer to our divine purpose. If it feels like what happened in the past few years seems part of another lifetime, it's because... it is! With only 10 weeks left to the first ending of the Mayan Calendar (October 28, 2011) which completes the cycle begun on January 5, 1999, we are coming now at MAJOR crossroads. A reincarnation without leaving our physical body. We simply don't have the luxury to float around aimlessly. We need to know what our hearts truly want, pursue our dreams and believe in our ability to manifest miracles in our own lives. Become the vision that you have for yourself, and it will materialize!

Communication is worst that during any other Mercury retrograde because of the Opposition (180º aspect) with Neptune. Loosing our keys, receiving packages that are empty, strange misunderstandings, messages from our bank that make no sense at all, feeling off, erasing messages before having read them, loosing our address book, landing in the wrong place, mistaking an appointment date, missing a plane, misplacing an important document, etc.... are just a few very normal occurrences. Our heads are in the clouds. Nothing is stable. Neither within, nor without. Our perceptions are changing. New situations are suddenly and unexpectedly replacing old ones. Our reality is shifting. We have no choice but to let go of the past and surrender to the unknown. We may feel strange anxieties for no apparent reason, and in the face of very real life threatening dramas, be calmly detached. Time could be simultaneously accelerating and slowing down. We could experience emotions ranging from mild to severe depression, wonder where we are, why we are living this way, what is the purpose of it all. It's almost as if we aresimultaneously in and outside of our lives, observing the motions without participating in them. Our dreams at night could be particularly vivid. We could feel we are dreaming when we are awake and awake when we are dreaming. We should keep a dream journal for valuable messages. Our visions in states of meditation could be very powerful. Movie images could stick in our psyche longer than usual. We could experience spontaneous telepathy and truly understand how our thoughts are affecting everything and everyone around us. It is essential at these times, that we live with the highest degree of integrity and know that we are Masters.

Nothing now is as it seems, and yet we need to trust that, even if it feels like hell, in the bigger picture, everything is in perfect divine order. All our vulnerable spots are being shaken, allowing us to see where we still need to work on ourselves. Whether it's financial issues, relationship problems, career dilemmas, location uncertainty or all of the above, we have to take a very honest look at ourselves. As the veil between the visible and the invisible is thinning, answers could come to us in surprising ways. Our sleep could be restless. We could wake up after only a few hours feeling like we've been hit by a truck or drank all night (even though we didn't!). When ancient, heavy thought and emotional patterns are released, all the symptoms of a major physical detoxification can be present. A lingering dissatisfaction could make us wish to change our lives from A to Z. Responsibilities could feel difficult to meet, because basically, we don't really care anymore. It's a strange, volatile time during which we should avoid making any drastic decisions. After the chips fall on September 10, we should have more clarity.

And as if this weren't enough. to top it all, this whole month of August, we are also going through a T-Square between Mars in Cancer, Pluto in Capricorn and Uranus in Aries!! This is not a time to count on anyone but ourselves. Our temper could be explosive, our need for freedom, intense and our rebellion, dramatic. Sudden changes and interferences are affecting our course and creating much confusion. We need to rely on our intuition to see us through these times. We are being prepared for a whole new beginning, on a whole new plane of reality. It's as if we have boarded a plane that will land on a first exotic destination on October 28, 2011 that we had until now never even known existed!

We are being asked to purge ourselves of destructive patterns. We could feel that certain circumstances or people are closing in on us, forcing us to a decision we are not ready to make. It is essential that we meet challenges with ingenuity and if we have reservations, keep our involvement impersonal. Intense commitments have the power now to turn our reality inside out which is a good thing if it is in alignment with our hearts' desires. We are completing old cycles, and circumstances ask of us that we cooperate with everybody else's efforts for the good of all. As we are evolving individually, all of us, as a group, are being affected. Oneness is not just a nice philosophical concept. It is becoming a more and more tangible reality.

This month of August is about rebellion against false perceptions. Chaos is the forerunner of a new reality found in asserting our independence from conditionings that have blinded us to our light. Now is the time when each one of us needs to start shining again in the brilliance of our truth.

Symptoms of Spiritual Awakening by Annarita

1. Changing sleep patterns: restlessness, hot feet, waking up two or three times a night. Feeling tired after you wake up and sleepy off and on during the day.. There is something called the Triad Sleep Pattern that occurs for many: you sleep for about 2-3 hours, wake up, go back to sleep for another couple of hours, wake again, and go back to sleep again. For others, the sleep requirements have changed. You can get by on less sleep. Lately I have been experiencing huge waves of energy running into my body from the crown. It feels good, but it keeps me awake for a long time, then subsides. Advice: Get used to it. Make peace with it and don't worry about getting enough sleep (which often causes more insomnia). You will be able to make it through the day if you hold thoughts of getting just what you need. You can also request your Higher Power to give you a break now and then and give you a good, deep night's sleep. If you can't go back to sleep right away, use the waking moments to meditate, read poetry, write in your journal or look at the moon. Your body will adjust to the new pattern.

2. Activity at the crown of the head: Tingling, itching, prickly, crawling sensations along the scalp and/or down the spine. A sense of energy vibrating on top of the head, as if energy is erupting from the head in a shower. Also the sensation of energy pouring in through the crown, described as "sprinkles". This may also be experienced as pressure on the crown, as if someone is pushing his/her finger into the center of your head. As I mentioned in #1, I have been experiencing huge downloads of energy through the crown. In the past, I have felt more generalized pressure, as if my head is in a gentle vise. One man related that his hair stood on end and his body was covered with goosebumps. Advice: This is nothing to be alarmed about. What you are experiencing is an opening of the crown chakra. The sensations mean that you are opening up to receive divine energy.

3. Sudden waves of emotion. Crying at the drop of a hat. Feeling suddenly angry or sad with little provocation. Or inexplicably depressed. Then very happy. Emotional roller coaster. There is often a pressure or sense of emotions congested in the heart chakra (the middle of the chest). This is not to be confused with the heart, which is located to the left of the heart chakra. Advice: Accept your feelings as they come up and let them go. Go directly to your heart chakra and feel the emotion. Expand it outward to your all your fields and breathe deeply from the belly all the way up to your upper chest. Just feel the feeling and let it evaporate on its own. Don't direct the emotions at anyone. You are cleaning out your past. If you want some help with this, say out loud that you intend to release all these old issues and ask your Higher Power to help you. You can also ask Grace Elohim to help you release with ease and gentleness. Be grateful that your body is releasing these emotions and not holding onto them inside where they can do harm. One source suggests that depression is linked to letting go of relationships to people, work, etc. that no longer match us and our frequencies. When we feel guilty about letting go of these relationships, depression helps us medicate that pain.

4. Old "stuff" seems to be coming up, as described above, and the people with whom you need to work it out (or their clones) appear in your life. Completion issues. Or perhaps you need to work through issues of self-worth, abundance, creativity, addictions, etc. The resources or people you need to help you move through these issues start to appear. Advice: Same as #3. Additionally, don't get too involved in analyzing these issues. Examining them too much will simply cycle you back through them over and over again at deeper and deeper levels. Get professional help if you need to and walk through it. Do not try to avoid them or disassociate yourself from them. Embrace whatever comes up and thank it for helping you move ahead. Thank your Higher Power for giving you the opportunity to release these issues. Remember, you don't want these issues to stay stuck in your body.

5. Changes in weight. The weight gain in the US population is phenomenal. Other people may be losing weight. We often gain weight because many fears we have suppressed are now coming up to the surface to be healed. We react by building up a defense. We also attempt to ground ourselves or provide bulk against increasing frequencies in our bodies. Advice: Don't freak out, but just accept it as a symptom of where you are right now. You will release/gain the weight when all your fears have been integrated. Release your anxiety about this. Then you might find it easier to lose/gain the weight eventually. Exercise. Before eating, try this: Sit at the table with an attractive place setting. Light a candle. Enjoy how the food looks. Place your dominant hand over your heart and bless the food. Tell your body that you are going to use the food to richly nourish it, but that you are not going to use the food to fulfill your emotional hungers. Then pass your hand from left to right over the food and bless it. You may notice that the food feels warm to your hand even if the food is cold-- I like to think that the food is good for me when it feels warm and nourishing to my hand. I have also noticed that when I practice blessing the food, I don't eat as much. It is important not to let yourself off the hook when you forget to bless the food before you eat. If I've forgotten and I've nearly finished eating, I bless the food anyway. That way I don't slip out of the habit. Another thing you can do is to stay present while eating -- don't watch TV or read. Heartily enjoy what blessings are before you.

6. Changes in eating habits: Strange cravings and odd food choices. Some find they are not as hungry as they used to be. Or hungrier. Advice: Don't deny what your body tells you it needs. If you are not sure, you might try muscle-testing before you chose a food to see if it's what your body wants. Also try blessing the food as described in #5.

7. Food intolerances, allergies you never had before: As you grow more spiritual, you are more sensitive to everything around you. Your body will tell you what it can no longer tolerate, as if it, too, is sloughing off what doesn't serve it anymore. You might be cleansing yourself of toxins. Some people find they often have a white residue in their mouth, much like that of runners at the end of a race. Advice: An acupuncturist told me that this film can be removed by sloshing 2 tablespoons of cold-pressed olive oil in your mouth for 10-15 minutes (don't swallow, whatever you do), then spitting it out into the toilet -- not the sink, for you just removed toxins from your body and don't want them in the sink. Brush your teeth and do the same.. Then clean your brush. (Sorry this is yukky, but it works.)

8. Amplification of the senses. Increased sensitivity. 8a. Sight: Blurry vision, shimmering objects, seeing glittery particles, auras around people, plants, animals, and objects. Some report seeing formerly opaque objects as transparent. When you close your eyes, you no longer see darkness, but redness. You may also see geometric shapes or brilliant colors and pictures when eyes are closed. Colors appear more vivid -- the sky might look teal or the grass an amazing green. Often I see grids running across the ground. As you become more sensitive, you may see shapes or outlines in the air, especially when the room is almost dark. When your eyes are open or closed, you may see white shapes in your peripheral vision (these are your guides). Advice: Your vision is changing in many ways -- you are experiencing new ways of seeing. Be patient. Whatever you do, do not be afraid. Hazy vision maybe relieved by yawning. 8b. Hearing: Increased or decreased hearing. I once thought I would have to pull off the road because of the painfully amplified sound of my tires on the freeway. Other symptoms are hearing white noise in the head, beeps, tones, music or electronic patterns. Some hear water rushing, bees buzzing, whooshing, roaring or ringing. Others have what is called audio dyslexia-- you can't always make out what people are saying, as if you can no longer translate your own language. Some hear strange voices in their dreams, as if someone is hovering near them. You can either ask the presence(s) to leave or ask Archangel Michael to take care of the situation. Again, there is nothing to fear. Advice: Surrender to it. Let it come through. Listen. Your ears are adjusting to new frequencies. 8c. Enhanced senses of smell, touch, and/or taste. I notice I can now smell and taste chemical additives in some foods in a rather unpleasant manner. Other food may taste absolutely wonderful. For some people, these enhancements are both delightful and distracting. You might even smell the fragrance of flowers now and then. Many of the mystics did. Enjoy it.

9. Skin eruptions: Rashes, bumps, acne, hives, and shingles. Anger produces outbreaks around the mouth and chin. I had a dermatitis on my extremities for several months that accompanied healing an episode from my past. When I had worked through most of the issue, the condition was released. Advice: You may be sloughing off toxins and bringing emotions to the surface. When there is an issue to be released and you are trying to repress it, your skin will express the issue for you until you process the emotions. Work through your "stuff".

10. Episodes of intense energy which make you want to leap out of bed and into action. Followed by periods of lethargy and fatigue. The fatigue usually follows great shifts. This is a time of integration, so give into it. Advice: Roll with the nature of the energy. Don't fight it. Be gentle with yourself. Take naps if you are tired. Write your novel if you are too energized to sleep. Take advantage of the type of energy.

11. Changes in prayer or meditation. Not feeling the same sensations as before. Not having the same experience of being in contact with Spirit. Difficulty in focusing. Advice: You may be in more instant and constant communion with Spirit now and the sensation may therefore be altered. You will adapt to this new feeling. You are actually thinking and acting in partnership with Spirit most of the time now. You may find your meditation periods shorter.

12. Power surges: All of a sudden you are heated from head to toe. It is a momentary sensation, but uncomfortable. In contrast, some people have felt inexplicably cold. I have experienced both. More recently I experience waves or currents of energy rolling through me. Sometimes the energy seems so intense when it first comes into my body that I feel a little nauseated. But if I think of the energy as divine and let go of fear, I feel wonderful and enjoy the sensation. If you are an energy worker, you may have noticed that the heat running through your hands has increased tremendously. This is good. Advice: If you are uncomfortable, ask your Higher Power, that if it be for your best and highest good, to turn down/up the temperature a bit.

13. A range of physical manifestations: Headaches, backaches, neck pains, flu-like symptoms (this is called vibrational flu), digestive problems, muscular spasms or cramps, racing heartbeat, chest pains, changes in sexual desire, numbness or pain in the limbs, and involuntary vocalizations or bodily movements. Some of us have even had old conditions from childhood reappear briefly for healing. Advice: Remember what I said about seeking medical help if you need it! If you have determined that this is not a medical condition, relax in the realization that it is only temporary.

14. Looking younger. Yippee! As you clear emotional issues and release limiting beliefs and heavy baggage from the past, you are actually lighter. Your frequency is higher. You love yourself and life more. You begin to resemble the perfect you that you really are.

15. Vivid dreams. Sometimes the dreams are so real that you wake up confused. You may even have lucid dreams in which you are in control. Many dreams may be mystical or carry messages for you. And in some dreams, you just know that you are not "dreaming" -- that what is happening is somehow real. Advice: You will remember what is important for you to remember. Don't force anything. Above all, stay out of fear.

16. Events that completely alter your life: death, divorce, change in job status, loss of home, illness, and/or other catastrophes -- sometimes several at once! Forces that cause you to slow down, simplify, change, re-examine who you are and what your life means to you. Forces that you cannot ignore. Forces that cause you release your attachments. Forces that awaken your sense of love and compassion for all.

17. A desire to break free from restrictive patterns, life-draining jobs consumptive lifestyles, and toxic people or situations. You feel a compelling need to "find yourself" and your life purpose -- now! You want to be creative and free to be who you really are. You might find yourself drawn to the arts and nature. You want to unclutter yourself from things and people that no longer serve you. Advice: Do it!

18. Emotional and mental confusion: A feeling that you need to get your life straightened out--it feels like a mess. But at the same time you feel chaotic and unable to focus. See #45. Advice: Put your ear to your heart and your own discernment will follow.

19. Introspection, solitude and loss of interest in more extroverted activities: This stage has come as a surprise to many extraverts who formerly saw themselves as outgoing and involved. They say, "I don't know why, but I don't like to go out as much as before."

20. Creativity bursts: Receiving images, ideas, music, and other creative inspirations at an often overwhelming rate. Advice: At least record these inspirations, for Spirit is speaking to you about how you might fulfill your purpose and contribute to the healing of the planet.

21. A perception that time is accelerating. It seems that way because you have had so many changes introduced into your life at an unprecedented rate. The number of changes seems to be growing. Advice: Breaking your day up into appointments and time segments increases the sense of acceleration .You can slow time down by relaxing into the present moment and paying attention to what's at hand, not anticipating what's ahead. Slow down and tell yourself that you have plenty of time. Ask your Higher Power to help you. Keep your focus on the present. Try to flow from one activity to the next. Stay tuned to your inner guidance. You can also warp time by asking for it. Next time you feel rushed, say, "Time warp, please. I need some more time to -----." Then relax.

22. A sense of impendingness. There is a feeling that something is about to happen. This can create anxiety. Advice: There is nothing to worry about. Things are definitely happening, but anxiety only creates more problems for you. All your thoughts -- positive or negative-- are prayers. There is nothing to fear.

23. Impatience. You know better, but sometimes you can't help it. You want to get on with what seems to be coming your way. Uncertainty is not comfortable. Advice: Learn to live with the uncertainty, knowing that nothing comes to you until you are ready. Impatience is really a lack of trust, especially trust in your Higher Power. When you focus on the present, you will experience miracles -- yes, even in traffic.

24. A deep yearning for meaning, purpose, spiritual connection, and revelation. Perhaps an interest in the spiritual for the first time in your life. "Constant craving", as k.d. lang says. The material world cannot fulfill this longing. Advice: Follow your heart and the way will open up for you.

25. A feeling that you are somehow different. A disquieting sense that everything in your life feels new and altered, that you have left your old self behind. You have. You are much greater than you can possibly imagine. There is more to come.

26. "Teachers" appear everywhere with perfect timing to help you on your spiritual journey: people, books, movies, events, Mother Nature, etc. Teachers may appear to be negative or positive when you are trapped in polarity thinking, but, from a transcendent perspective, they are always perfect. Just what you need to learn from and move on. By the way, we never get more than we are ready to master. Each challenge presents us with an opportunity to show our mastery in passing through it.

27. You find a spiritual track that makes sense to you and "speaks to you" at the most profound levels. Suddenly you are gaining a perspective that you would never have considered before. You hunger to know more. You read, share with others, ask questions, and go inside to discover more about who you are and why you are here

28. You are moving through learning and personal issues at a rapid pace. You sense that you are "getting it" quite readily. Advice: Keep remembering that things will come to you when they are ready to be healed. Not sooner. Deal with whatever comes up with courage and you will move through the issues rapidly.

29. Invisible presences. Here is the woo-woo stuff. Some people report feeling surrounded by beings at night or having the sensation of being touched or talked to. Often they will wake with a start. Some also feel their body orbed vibrate. The vibrations are caused by energetic changes after emotional clearing has taken place. Advice: This is a sensitive topic, but you may feel better blessing your bed and space around it before you sleep. I rest assured that I am surrounded only by the most magnificent spiritual entities and am always safe in God's care. Sometimes, however, the fear gets to me, and I call in Archangel Michael and/or Archangel Uriel. I don't beat myself up for being afraid sometimes. I forgive myself for not always sovereign at 3:00 a.m.

30. Portents, visions, "illusions", numbers, and symbols: Seeing things that have spiritual importance for you. Noticing how numbers appear synchronistically in your awareness. Everything has a message if you take the time to look. I enjoy the experience of "getting the messages." What fun!

31. Increased integrity: You realize that it is time for you to seek and speak your truth. It suddenly seems important for you to become more authentic, more yourself. You may have to say "no" to people whom you have tried to please in the past. You may find it intolerable to stay in a marriage or job or place that doesn't support who you are. You may also find there is nowhere to hide, no secrets to keep anymore. Honesty becomes important in all your relationships. Advice: Listen to your heart. If your guidance tells you not to do something, speak up and take action. Say "no". Likewise, you must also say "yes" to that which compels you. You must risk displeasing others without guilt in order to attain spiritual sovereignty.

32. Harmony with seasons and cycles: You are becoming more tuned to the seasons, the phases of the moon and natural cycles. More awareness of your place in the natural world. A stronger connection to the earth.

33. Electrical and mechanical malfunctions: When you are around, lightbulbs flicker, the computer locks up, or the radio goes haywire. Advice: Call on your angels, guides, or Grace Elohim to fix it or put up a field of protection of light around the machine. Surround your car with bluelight. Laugh.

34. Increased synchronicity and many small miracles. Look for more of these. Advice: Synchronistic events tell you if you are heading in the right direction or making the correct choices. Honor these clues and you cannot go astray. Spirit uses synchronicity to communicate to you. That's when you begin to experience daily miracles. See #30.

35. Increased intuitive abilities and altered states of consciousness: Thinking of someone and immediately hearing from them. More synchronicities. Having sudden insights about patterns or events from the past. Clairvoyance, out-of-body experiences, and other psychic phenomena. Intensified sensitivity and knowing. Awareness of one's essence and that of others. Channeling angelic and Christ-consciousness energies.

36. Communication with Spirit. Contact with angels, spirit guides, and other divine entities. Channeling. More and more people seem to be given this opportunity. Feeling inspiration and downloading information that takes form as writing, painting, ideas, communications, dance, etc.

37. A sense of Oneness with all. A direct experience of this Wholeness. Transcendent awareness. Being flooded with compassion and love for all life. Compassionate detachment or unconditional love for all is what lifts us up to higher levels of consciousness and joy.

38. Moments of joy and bliss. A deep abiding sense of peace and knowing that you are never alone.

39. Integration: You become emotionally, psychologically, physically, and spiritually stronger and clearer. You feel as if you are in alignment with your Higher Self.

40. Living your purpose: You know you are finally doing what you came to earth for. New skills and gifts are emerging, especially healing ones. Your life/work experiences are now converging and starting to make sense. You are finally going to use them all. Advice: Listen to your heart. Your passion leads you to where you must go. Go within and ask your Higher Power, "What is it you would have me do?" Watch for synchronicities. Listen.

41. Feeling closer to animals and plants. To some people, animals now seem to be more "human" in their behavior. Wild animals are less afraid. Plants respond to your love and attention more than ever. Some may even have messages for you.

42. Seeing beings of other dimensions. The veil between dimensions is thinner, so it is not surprising. Just stay in your sovereignty. You are more powerful than you can ever imagine, so do not entertain fear. Ask your guides for help if you slip into fear.

43. Seeing a person's true form or seeing loved ones with a different face -- past life or parallel life.

44. Physically manifesting thoughts and desires more quickly and efficiently. Advice: Monitor your thoughts. All thoughts are prayers. Be careful what you ask for.

45. Left -brain fogginess. Your psychic abilities, your intuitive knowing, your feeling and compassion, your ability to experience your body, your visioning, your expressiveness all emanate from the right brain. In order for this side of the brain to develop more fully, the left brain must shut down a little bit. Normally the left-hemisphere's capacity for order, organization, structure, linear sequencing, analysis, evaluation, precision, focus, problem-solving, and mathematics dominate our often less-valued right brain. What results are memory lapses, placing words in the wrong sequence, inability or no desire to read for very long, inability to focus; forgetting what you are just about to say; impatience with linear forms of communication (audio or written formats); a feeling of spaciness, being scattered; losing interesting research or complex information; feeling bombarded with words and talk and information; and a reluctance to write. Sometimes you feel dull and have no interest in analysis, lively intellectual discussion, or investigation. On the other hand, you might find yourself drawn to the sensate: videos, magazines with photos, beautiful artwork, movies, music, sculpting, painting, being with people, dancing, gardening, walking, and other kinesthetic forms of expression. You may search for spiritual content, even science fiction. Advice: You may discover that if you allow your heart and your right brain to lead you, the left will then be activated appropriately to support you. And someday we will be well-balanced, using both hemispheres with mastery.

46. Dizziness. This occurs when you are ungrounded. Perhaps you have just cleared a big emotional issue and your body is adjusting to your "lighter" state. Advice: Ground yourself by eating protein. Sometimes "comfort food" feels right. Don't make any food right or wrong for you. Use your guidance to know what you need at any given moment. Take your shoes off and put your feet in the grass for a couple of minutes.

47. Falling, having accidents, breaking bones. Your body is not grounded or perhaps your life is out of balance. Or your body may be telling you to slow down, examine certain aspects of your life, or heal certain issues. There is always a message. When I recently broke my ankle, I understand that my ankle was taking on what I myself refused to deal with. And that was all of the above. Advice: Stay grounded by taking your shoes off and putting your feet in the grass; even better, lie down on the grass without a blanket under you. Feel the earth beneath you. Get out in nature. Slow down and pay attention. Be mindful about what you are doing. Feel your feelings when they come up. Stay in the present. Surround yourself with blue light when you are feeling shaky.

48. Heart palpitations. A racing heart usually accompanies a heart opening. It only lasts for a few moments and means that the heart is re-balancing itself after an emotional release. I had one episode that terrified me: I woke up in the middle of the night, my heart pounding. I thought it was going to come right out of my chest. It only happened once and was, I understand, a huge heart-chakra opening. But I did check it out. There is nothing wrong with my heart. Advice: Remember what I said about getting medical attention when needed. Consult your doctor about any conditions you are not comfortable with.

49. Faster hair and nail growth. More protein is being used in the body. Too bad we can't tell the body where to grow the hair and where not to grow it. (Or can we? Hmmm.)

50. A desire to find your soulmate or twin flame. More than ever before, the idea that we can have a relationship that matches who we are seems more desirable. Advice: The truth is, we have to be the kind of person we want to attract. We have to love ourselves and where we are right now before we can attract a more "perfect" mate. The work begins at home. Here is how I think it works: Hold the desire for this person in your heart, but without attachment. Expect that someday you will meet someone who is more suited to you, but let go of any expectations as to who this will be and how it will happen. Focus instead on cleaning up your own life and being the kind of person you want to be. Be happy now. Enjoy your life. Then you may see.....

51. Memories surface. Body memories, suppressed memories, images of past lives and/or parallel lives. We are healing and integrating all our "selves", so expect to have some of these experiences. Advice. Keep in mind that it is best to recall what only what comes to mind, leave the rest alone, don't analyze everything to death (because you will be stuck in the tape loop of infinite issues to process), and feel your feelings as they come up. Ask for help from your guides.

Definitions

Chaotic Nodes are clusters of chaotic events. According to the Hathors, Earth has entered a Chaotic Node and, as a result, we can expect ever-increasing levels of chaos—including but not limited to earthquakes, volcanic activity, aberrant weather patterns, ecological distress, as well as economic, social and political turmoil.

Transition States of Consciousness are what the Hathors call the in-between places when a major loss has occurred and we find ourselves temporarily poised between an old reality that has passed away and a new reality that has not yet fully formed.

Perceptual markers are a term the Hathors use to describe how we make sense of our world and navigate through our lives using our five senses.

The Message

By their very nature Chaotic Nodes tend to generate transition states of consciousness. Transition states of consciousness emerge when perceptual markers disappear. And when this occurs you enter a null zone in which your old reality no longer exists, or has changed radically, while your new reality has not yet come into existence.

Due to the fact that you have entered an even more intense phase of the Chaotic Node, we wish to share with you our views regarding transition states, in the hopes that you will be able to utilize this knowledge for your own benefit.

For our purposes we can divide transition states into three primary categories: 1) personal transition states, 2) collective transition states and 3) physical death.

Personal Transition States

Let us turn our attention to personal transition states first, for your personal perception is the pivotal point around which your perceived reality operates.

Your perception of reality is fundamentally a personal creation. It is influenced by the collective perception of your culture, time, place and circumstance, but fundamentally your perception of what is real and not real is a creation—your creation.

Your perception of reality depends upon habits of perception, if you are like most persons. You are used to experiencing certain realities in your life and these tell you where you are, so to speak. You wake up in the morning and you look to the clock and the collective perception of time is immediately before you. Your choice to engage this illusion, or not, is a personal one. Indeed, one of the signs of spiritual mastery is the ability to navigate cultural illusions successfully while clearly understanding their nature.

When a situation in your personal life shifts dramatically there is a tendency for the perceptual markers to disappear or re-organize themselves.

Let us present one possible scenario. If you have worked at the same job for many years you have built your life around the demands of this position. You eat lunch at a certain time. You return home at a certain time. You interact with others in specific ways, tailored to fit the demands of your job.

If that job were suddenly removed, unexpectedly, those perceptual markers would disappear. There would be no need to get up at a certain time, eat at a certain time, return home at a certain time, and the people you interacted with for the bulk of your waking hours would no longer be available to you.

This situation is inherently disorienting for most people. Again, the perceptual markers have disappeared.

The same phenomenon occurs when any radical shift in your personal life takes place. If a relationship that is important to you suddenly ends the perceptual markers of that relationship disappear, and you enter the transition state of consciousness.

If you have a health crisis and your physical life is affected in radical ways the perceptual markers disappear, and this can be disorienting. You have entered a transition state of consciousness.

As the Chaotic Node increases in its intensity more and more persons will experience the shock waves of their old reality crumbling before them. What was certain in their lives is now uncertain. What was solid ground is seen to be no longer solid. We mean this both figuratively and literally.

There is another wave of transition states that is emerging from this Chaotic Node. It is already affecting many persons, but its affects will spread out in consciousness much like a tsunami.

This particular transition state has to do with the collapse of the collective lies of your culture. Increasingly more and more of you will see behind the shadow play; you will sense the puppet masters, and although their identities may elude you, you will see with increasing reality that aspects of your culture are a manipulation, a limitation, and in many cases, downright lies.

The lie that we are speaking to here is not the lie of economics, the lie of wars, or the lie of confining religions, but the lie of your identity—a lie that ensures your imprisonment. This lie is the belief and cultural assertion that you are nothing more than a physical human being and that there are, in fact, no other realms of being beyond your earthy experience.

The recognition of this lie is a harbinger of personal freedom, but in its beginning stages it can be quite disorienting. This is because multidimensional experiences are so different from your earthly day-to-day experiences. If you find yourself marooned between your earthly and multidimensional life, you have entered a transition state of consciousness.

Our purpose in sharing this information is to suggest a practical course of action during transition states of consciousness.

When you personally enter a powerful transition state you might, like many human beings, remain stuck in overwhelm. Many individuals find the shock of realizing that their perceptual markers have disappeared, along with the reality that they assumed to be real, deeply disturbing.

Due to the fact that time is accelerating—and by this we mean more events taking place in less time—remaining in a state of shock or overwhelm is a psychological indulgence which you cannot afford. The essential point we wish to convey here is that regardless of the nature of the transition state, whether it is personal in nature having to do with changes in your personal life, or due to recognizing your cultural manipulation—you are the creator of your reality.

You may have stories to explain why suddenly your life is bereft, but these are just stories. You may blame other persons, situations, or institutions for your problem, but this is misplaced responsibility. Your stories may be true and there may be other persons, situations or institutions to blame, but when you have entered a transition state of consciousness, you are at the central vortex of a powerful creative process. There is no reason or need to cry over “spilt milk” as one of your folk sayings goes. What is lost is lost. What is gone is gone.

Now the central question becomes, “What will you do?”

Will you remain stunned, in shock, in overwhelm, anger and sadness? Or will you step into your identity as a creator of your life?

To those of you who choose to remain in lower states of consciousness, we have no comment.

Our comments are for those of you courageous enough and bold enough to step into your identity as creators. If you are one of these, here is what we suggest.

When everything disappears, meaning the perceptual markers of your former reality, understand that you have entered into a void point.

A void point is a critical transition between an old reality and a new one. That which was, has ended. Instead of regretting the loss, you accept the void. This is, for many persons, a challenging undertaking, because in the void point there is nothing that can be done. You must simply be a witness to it, and to yourself, for in this no-man’s land there are no perceptual markers.

Be careful what new markers you put into place, for these ideas and beliefs will be the stars in the new sky of your mind, and you shall navigate your way into these new times by the stars (thoughts and beliefs) that you have placed in the heavens of your own consciousness. So be wise when you go about creating new stars, our fellow navigators of the Mystery.

Collective Transition States of Consciousness

The human collective, from our perspective, is currently like an immense cosmic serpent shedding its old skin, writhing and twisting, scraping off old encumbrances. Some of these take the form of economic turmoil. Some of them are political in nature. Some of them are the collapse and transformation of cultural institutions. And some of these writhings and twistings are related to earthquake and volcanic activity, as well as aberrant weather patterns.

As natural and manmade disasters increase, more and more of you will find yourselves entering transition states of consciousness. Obviously those who experience an earthquake, volcano or destructive weather directly are the most prone to enter transition states, but those of you who are empathic in nature can experience the brunt of a natural or manmade disaster as if you were physically present.

Indeed as the veil that separates human consciousnesses from one another dissolves, more and more of you will experience the changes taking place in the world at a visceral level.

We now wish to address the question of a new creation for those of you who may find yourself in the aftermath of a natural or manmade disaster, such as an earthquake, a volcanic eruption, or destructive weather patterns.

If the destructive force is strong enough, the perceptual markers of your former reality may no longer exist. Your home or place of business may no longer be there. You may find yourself dealing with shortages of food and water, and there are any number of variables that can come together to create a state of shock and overwhelm.

We wish to be very clear in what we are about to say. Shock and overwhelm in the face of disasters are a natural mammalian response, and if you are to transcend and transform the moment you must reach upward to higher dimensions of your own existence, your own being, to those realms of consciousness that are beyond time and space.

To the extent that you are able to incorporate the transcendent aspects of your being as part of the equation for your survival, you will be able to mitigate the shock and overwhelm.

The central feature that needs to be identified in the midst of chaos, any form of chaos, is the portal of opportunity.

This opportunity for survival or for a new life may present itself in ways you do not expect. This is because the perceptual markers are no longer in place and your consciousness may not recognize an opportunity when it presents itself.

There is a deep-seated human habit, or tendency, that wishes to conform new realities to those of the past. This would be an unfortunate habit to engage in these situations.

There is much we could say about the hyper-dimensional realities involved in choice making during chaotic events, but we wish to “cut to the chase” and give that which will be most practical. Perhaps some other time we can share with you our philosophical musings about your infinite nature and the infinite possibilities that reside within you. However, for now, let us be a little simplistic and give you a formula to recognize and create opportunities for new life and a new destiny when they present themselves to you.

Assuming that you have entered a transition state of consciousness and that you have befriended the void point and are more or less comfortable with the great uncertainty of your situation, this is what we suggest.

Be curious and expect miracles.

By entering a state of curiosity you engage an aspect of your mind that is free to move unfettered by expectation. It becomes very much like the mind of a child, and it is this innocence—which is not the same as childishness—that allows you to enter a vibratory state of consciousness, which greatly benefits you.

By holding the expectation of miracles you release the power of creation within you, and to the extent that you accomplish this you will find increasing incidences of serendipity, coincidences of benefit and unexpected treasures, whether they be physical in nature or mental and emotional.

This combination of curiosity about what will happen next joined with an expectation of miracles will move you rapidly from the void point to a new life, a new creation, regardless of what might be happening for those around you.

During collective transition states of consciousness it is helpful to remember that each person is the creator of his or her own reality, and in the midst of chaos people will make different choices and enter different personal realities.

Do not be swayed by those who enter lower vibratory realms. You cannot save them from themselves. Look upward and live upward with curiosity and an expectation of miracles, and even in the gravest of situations miracles can, and will, occur for you.

Physical Death

One of the greatest difficulties for embodied beings is the transition state of consciousness you call death. This is due to the fact that all perceptual markers, including the five senses, disappear. If a person identifies solely with his/her material existence, he or she will find this transition state to be most difficult. This is because what she or he identified with no longer exists.

Although the physical world continues on, there is no input into consciousness from the five senses. It is as if the world has vanished and the body along with it. The great I Am, the central feature of transcendent consciousness, no longer receives information from the body, the five senses, or the external world. This can be deeply disturbing and disorienting for someone who has not directly experienced the other realms of his or her being.

Metaphorically speaking, you are like a vast tree, a Tree of Life, with many branches and many, many leaves and blossoms, and your current physical existence is just one of these leaves and one of these blossoms.

When a person passes through the transition state of consciousness you call death there are several options. If you are in a spiritual tradition the central figure of which is a guru, avatar or savior, you can follow the path of this being into the vibratory realm of his/her consciousness. In some religions this is known as heaven.

If you follow the path of a guru, avatar or savior understand that you are entering into his/her heaven, her/his vibratory attainment, and by necessity you enter also into his/her limitations in consciousness.

From our perspective the universe is infinite in nature, and by this we refer not to external space but to the interdimensional realities of your universe, and there is no single being in existence, from our experience, who understands and embraces all that is.

If, however, you wish to join your guru/avatar/savior in the death realms we have a few suggestions. One is to mentally call upon his/her name. This is an ancient understanding encapsulated in the Egyptian term Ren, meaning name. When you call upon the name of a spiritual being an aspect of him/her is compelled to move toward you.

If, in that moment of encountering your guru/avatar/savior, he or she deems you worthy, you will be taken by him/her into his/her heavenly realm.

For those of you in eastern spiritual traditions there are mantras connected with specified deities. Chanting these mantras mentally during death, or in the death realms, has the same effect.

For those of you who are not part of a spiritual tradition that follows a guru, avatar or savior, then the transition state of consciousness called death offers other possibilities.

As with the other two transition states of consciousness, the death realm has a void point, and its dominant features are stillness (silence) and darkness. All possibilities exist within the Void, but no actuality is in existence. It is like the acorn of an oak tree. The oak, the giant tree itself, is potentially within the acorn, but it does not yet exist.

So when you find yourself in the Void, which you will recognize by the fact that you are utterly alone in darkness and utter stillness, know that you are in the central nexus of your creative powers.

What you choose to create next will determine the course of your destiny and what worlds you will inhabit or realms of existence you will reside in. This is a critical juncture.

Many persons frightened by the darkness move to the light prematurely. And what they do not realize is that in their yearning they create the light. A portal opens before them, like a tunnel, and they can move into this tunnel of light, encountering those they have known before, thereby entering back into embodiment or other vibratory realms of existence without having fully understood the consequences. This is certainly one option open to you, and one that is often taken.

Another option, however, is to remain at the void point, residing in the Void itself, becoming aware of your Self as pure consciousness—transcendent to all phenomena.

If you reside in this state of awareness long enough without the need to create something, you will discover your identity as the great I Am. And from this point of awareness you can choose the circumstances of your embodiment. You can choose the worlds you will inhabit or the realms of consciousness where you will reside.

This latter method gives you the greatest opportunities, though it is the most difficult for most people. And the reason for this difficulty has to do with the fact that most humans find it uncomfortable to not have a body. The yearning for a body and the experience of the material world often draws a person from the Void prematurely.

In summation, due to the intensifying phases of the Chaotic Node many of you will find yourselves in transitional states of consciousness. Regardless of what level you find yourself engaged in, whether it be your personal life, the collective experience, or the transition state you call death, know that you are the creator of your reality.

Tom's Thoughts and Observations

I personally find this message to be stunningly eloquent and a vast storehouse of information. I have read and re-read this message several times, and each time I discover something new. There is, indeed, much to be read between the lines in this communication.

I especially liked the Hathors’ statement…

“Be careful what new (perceptual) markers you put into place, for these ideas and beliefs will be the stars in the new sky of your mind, and you shall navigate your way into these new times by the stars (thoughts and beliefs) that you have placed in the heavens of your own consciousness. So be wise when you go about creating new stars, our fellow navigators of the mystery.”

At the level of our collective mind, I think our mythic realities are changing. The old stars, those thoughts, beliefs and presuppositions about reality that have guided us as a culture for millennia seem now to be dimming, not to mention that they have led us in directions many of us no longer wish to go.

The collective ship of our culture seems to be plying through the waters of the Great Mystery with little regard for the sacredness of this planet or life upon it. But even as our collective vessel sails through the Great Mystery, seemingly without awareness, it (the ship) and we owe our very existence to the Mystery itself. This very odd duality seems, to me, either amusing or tragic, depending upon what mood I am in, and how connected I am or disconnected I have become from the Mystery itself.

One of the ironies of our situation is that the crew of this vessel, those who make it sail, through an investment of their life-force, creativity and, in some cases, blood sweat and tears, are no less than you and me, and all the other nearly seven billion humans alive on this exquisite planet. We are—all of us—crewing this vessel, regardless of our personal situation, our life station or our beliefs.

There are those in the New Age community who say, and have been saying for years now, that we are near Unity, and that the Golden Age is just around the corner. I do not share this perception.

We are all in the same boat together, whether we like it or not, and it seems to me that our crew is polarized. There are many who insist that the paradigms of greed, arrogance and usurpation are the true reference points for our sextants.

Others of us, however, are sensing that we are headed in the wrong direction—that we can no longer ravage this planet and its life (both human and other-than-human). For us, there are new stars in the sky of our minds. And we are setting our sextants clearly upon these cosmic beacons.

How it will all turn out is anybody’s guess. But I am encouraged by a silent mutiny I see happening all around me.

Many of us crew members, and I suspect that if you have read this far you may be one of them, are silently taking action to turn our collective vessel (i.e. our cultural madness) around or at least slow it down.

Some of us are pulling out our sextants and are pointing out new stars to those around us. We do this by living the change we wish to see. We do this by having the courage to live by a new Earth-reality that we sense is possible. We do this by extending kindness to each other.

And when necessary, we do this by standing our ground. I am reminded in this of a grass roots movement in some of the world’s poorest countries to preserve the use of non-hybrid seeds—seeds that produce new seeds when crops are harvested—rather than succumb to international economic interests that would enslave the poorest of the Earth to buy new seeds whenever they wish to feed themselves and their families.

As I write this, I am nearly weeping at their courage to stand up against the Titans that have set the course for our collective vessel through greed, arrogance and an utter disregard for the sanctity of life.

As difficult and as challenging as these times are both for individuals and the collective, I think there is hope in the uncertainty that we are facing. I say this because the human spirit has sometimes risen to heights when faced with dire uncertain times.

If the Hathors are correct, all of us will face numerous transition states of consciousness before our time on Earth has ended. The perceptual markers of our old reality are being displaced. How we deal with the loss of our perceived reality and the old world will determine the next cycle of Earthly existence for humanity.

And for us individually, what we choose to create in the transition states of our lives will determine the realms of consciousness that are opened to us.

I wish you, my fellow crew members and those whom you love, safe passage through these turbulent times. But regardless of what happens, regardless of where and in what situations we find ourselves upon this perilous journey, let us remember that we are—above all else—creators of our own reality.

There are new stars in the sky and new worlds to discover. Be bold. And have a good journey.

The Wooden Bowl

I guarantee you will remember the tale of the Wooden Bowl tomorrow, a week from now, a month from now,

a year from now.

A frail old man went to live with his son, daughter-in-law, and four-year-old grandson.

The old man's hands trembled, his eyesight was blurred, and his step faltered

The family ate together at the table. But the elderly grandfather's shaky hands and

failing sight made eating difficult. Peas rolled off his spoon onto the floor.

When he grasped the glass, milk spilled on the tablecloth.

The son and daughter-in-law became irritated with the mess.

'We must do something about father,' said the son.

'I've had enough of his spilled milk, noisy eating, and food on the floor.'

So the husband and wife set a small table in the corner.

There, Grandfather ate alone while the rest of the family enjoyed dinner.

Since Grandfather had broken a dish or two, his food was served in a wooden bowl.

When the family glanced in Grandfather's direction, sometimes he had a tear in his eye as he sat alone.

Still, the only words the couple had for him were sharp admonitions when he dropped a fork or spilled food.

The four-year-old watched it all in silence.

One evening before supper, the father noticed his son playing with wood scraps on the floor.

He asked the child sweetly, 'What are you making?' Just as sweetly, the boy responded,

'Oh, I am making a little bowl for you and Mama to eat your food in when I grow up.

' The four-year-old smiled and went back to work..

The words so struck the parents so that they were speechless. Then tears started to stream down their cheeks. Though no word was spoken, both knew what must be done.

That evening the husband took Grandfather's hand and gently led him back to the family table.

For the remainder of his days he ate every meal with the family. And for some reason,

neither husband nor wife seemed to care any longer when a fork was dropped, milk spilled, or the tablecloth soiled.

On a positive note, I've learned that, no matter what happens, how bad it seems today, life does go on, and it will be better tomorrow.

I've learned that you can tell a lot about a person by the way he/she handles four things:

a rainy day, the elderly, lost luggage, and tangled Christmas tree lights.

I've learned that making a 'living' is not the same thing as making a 'life..'

I've learned that life sometimes gives you a second chance.

I've learned that you shouldn't go through life with a catcher's mitt on both hands. You need to be able to throw something back sometimes.

I've learned that if you pursue happiness, it will elude you

But, if you focus on your family, your friends, the needs of others,

your work and doing the very best you can, happiness will find you

I've learned that whenever I decide something with an open heart, I usually make the right decision.

I've learned that even when I have pains, I don't have to be one.

I've learned that every day, you should reach out and touch someone.

People love that human touch -- holding hands, a warm hug, or just a friendly pat on the back.

I've learned that I still have a lot to learn.

Listen to the sound of Love deep within your Hearts. Simply open your Being and listen to this Sound Vibration with every atom of your Being, for the sound of Love within your own Heart goes well beyond the frequencies that your human ear can detect.

The Sound of Divine Love is all encompassing, it embraces all frequencies, all Harmonic notes. It is the Music of the Cosmos. Allow yourself to simply listen to the Sound of Love.

As you listen, feel your whole Being becoming Harmonised and enlightened, lifting you up, expanding you out, becoming the true Multidimensional Being that you are.

Listen to the Sound of Divine Love within your Heart. The vibration of your Love connects and interacts with all the vibrations of Divine Love from all the Beings on this Planet, and from the Earth itself.

You are part of a Cosmic Symphony of Divine Love.

You are a unique note within that Symphony, without you there is no completion of the Symphony. Recognize in that the importance that you hold at this time, at all of time. Your individual note/Tone is of immense importance to the whole.

So as you listen to the Sound of Divine Love from within your own Heart, Honour that Sound. Do not draw it back and feel that it is inferior to the Sound of anyone else, KNOW it is integral to the whole Harmonic Symphony of the Cosmos, for Love is an energy, Love is a frequency. It is both Light and Sound. It is a force of creation.

As you recognize the importance of YOUR note within the Symphony, accord honour and respect to all the other notes. Regard them all as Equals. There is no greater or smaller, there is only the equality within the Symphony.

The time has come when the Light and the Love within yourself becomes YOUR guidance. TRUST THAT WHICH IS WITHIN YOURSELF.

In times of great change, times that the Earth is moving through now, there will always be those in fear who seek to diminish your Light because of their own fear. So trust totally in what is within YOU. Do not take on board the fears expressed by others.

When you are given anything which seeks to diminish your Light, LET IT GO !! embrace only that which is empowering to your Light. That, Dear Heart, is you definition of TRUTH.

Energies that uplift and enhance you, and support your trust in yourself – those are your Truth. Let anything other than that fade away. Do not focus on it, do not give it your Light – let it fade away.

The importance now, Dear Ones, is

To accept your Divinity,

To flow with your Divinity,

To recognize your part in the great Symphony of the Cosmos, and

To honour all those who support your Divine Love.

Listen closely to the Sound of the Divine Love within your Hearts, and feel your Light increasing in its power, in its brightness, in its brilliance.

It is time to awaken and believe in your own Divinity.

LOVE IS NOT A WORD – IT IS AN EXPANSION OF CONSCIOUSNESS.

Good evening to you. It is important in your life to realize that the Light shines within you. When you enter a room in your homes, you turn on the light when there is darkness, and in your world at the moment there is so many who’s Light is not shining as it could be, if only they realize they are more than just physical vehicles.

Each one of you have had experiences which have elevated your Consciousness far beyond your physical world. When people have the courage to step outside the comfort zones and turn that Light on within them, then they begin to find the Peace that they have been searching for all their life.

When you walk amongst your fellow Human Beings, and you shine your Light, generally you will feel that there is something happening within them, but if they fear what is happening within them, then they remain in that darkness within themselves.

As we move forward into the more expanded Consciousness that is manifesting in your world, each one of you who is open to it will have that Illumination within them, and they can shine that Light out and lift the darkness from their fellow Human Beings.

Fear and anger have been spoken of this evening, which is what stands in their way. They fear that if they step into that unknown aspect of themselves that they will not be able to control it – and your world seeks control. As each one of you know, that control, all that does is create fear. When you remove that control, there is an expansion of awareness that helps that individual realize that what they have been looking for all their lives is manifesting slowly within them.

We can look with our Physical eyes out onto the beautiful Planet in which you live, and we can appreciate the various forms of life and Consciousness which exists within it, but the true Light rests within each one of your Human lives, and when that Light manifests, then the Oneness between Earth and the Cosmos will grow stronger, and people will eventually find the Peace and love and Harmony they have been seeking all their lives.

Love is not a word, it is an expansion of Consciousness, it is a moment of Knowingness when you become who you really are.

When you walk on your Earth with that understanding that within you is Love, Harmony and Peace, and when you radiate that Peace out to all your fellow Human Beings, slowly there will be an understanding that this will manifest Light and remove the darkness that lies within many, many people on your Planet.

The Light is within each individual Soul, and when that Soul starts to stand away from the Physical body and manifest its Love and Harmony, then for the first time people in your world will truly understand what Love really is. For Love is beyond your Human understanding, it is a Love that comes from the Spirit that lies within all beings that exist within the various areas of your Cosmos.

Seek the truth that lies within for the answers that you seek. You will not find them in your outside world, you will find them within the very Heart of your Beingness, and we who manifest around you every day. Many people fail to even understand, see, feel or even smell or feel that Love we are radiating out you all – they are blind to that situation.

We hear many times that people are physically blind. How many people do you think are spiritually blind? There are many stories of people in your world that have been able – once they have left physical body – to see the beauty that has been around them for many life times.

Therefore my friends, as you walk your path, be aware that in you your light is radiating out, and you are uplifting and removing the darkness from the very depths of your Souls.

You have to have light and darkness, because the only way that each individual can walk your world with love is when they realize that Light moves darkness, and they become ONE with the Divine Force that lies within them.

May the Blessing of all Light be with you, and may you know that each one of you is an individual Soul that becomes ONE.

May the Blessings of all life, all Beings, be with you always.

As you close your eyes, see the most powerful Light imaginable. Normally when you close your eyes it is to take away the Light. Now when we close our eyes, we need to be seeing more and more of the Light that is shining from within ourselves. We are closing our eyes to the Light that is not part of ourselves, that is outside ourselves, and we look within to the Light that is within our Hearts and our Souls.

We embrace that Light powerfully, lovingly, accepting that what is within us is more powerful, more profound than anything we may experience from outside ourselves.

IT IS TIME, in this TIME OF AWAKENING

To awaken to the power within.

To find the passion within ourselves.

This is not about isolating ourselves by going within, it is about connecting ourselves by going within, for it is the Light within ourselves that connects us to others, that connects us to the Earth, that connects us to the Cosmos. It is the Light within ourselves, and until we find and embrace and become that Light within ourselves, we are not connecting – we are separating.

This is the third Dimensional energies. We have moved beyond that. We are experiencing the fifth Dimensional frequencies of Light within ourselves.

Embracing our own Light enables us to embrace ALL, for the Light within ourselves is the Light of Divine Love, and Divine Love embraces ALL – and excludes nothing. FOR WE ARE ALL ONE.

So move your awareness now, deeper and deeper into yourself, finding the Light becoming brighter and brighter and brighter, until nothing is hidden from you. The shadows, the darkness of fear no longer exists within the cells of your Being. The final remnants of the third Dimensional past is transformed by the power of the Light within you. In that Light, embrace your Higher Soul, embrace its vision, embrace the beat of its Heart, and look around, and see the Earth in its new Light, in its new beauty, and feel the LOVE, feel the power of JOY, and HARMONY. And within that Love, Joy and Harmony is the Healing of all things – for “dis-ease” are the shadows of another Dimension. Transform those shadows with your Light, allow your Light to expand to encompass all around you, shining the Light on their shadows, transforming and transmuting those energies of “dis-ease” into LOVE, Divine unconditional LOVE.

Now let your imagination create within you the visions of the DIVINE BEING that you are. See your life though the Inner Vision of Love. See yourself vibrating to the new frequencies of Light and Love, and see the Earth begin to sparkle, begin to come alive with the new energy, an energy that YOU are creating with your imagination, for your Imagination is your Soul speaking to you. Listen to the voice of your Soul. Allow your imagination to create the life you are moving into.

Take a moment to simply feel the powerful vibration of this new incredible energy that IS the NEW EARTH, that YOU are creating with every thought, every breath – YOU ARE CREATING.

Allow your imagination to soar like the Eagle, to sit high above the Earth and see everything in a new Light of Love, and hear the sounds of JOY, the HARMONY OF LOVE.

Allow each beat of your Heart to pulsate out into the Earth these new vibrations of love, and BE WHO YOU CAME HERE TO BE.
